The Religion Show is a blog and podcast put together with one thing in mind: helping us understand religion and science and how these things shape the world. That’s it. The authors and podcasters were years deep into research on everything from creationism to evolution to the differences between Baptists and Presbyterians when one of them had the idea, “Hey, we already have all this research and information, why don’t we find a way to share it?”
The problem with religion is that it’s a big subject. Probably the biggest the world has ever seen. It has influenced history, left its mark on science, formed governments and dictatorships, and probably influenced how you live your life. It’s important.
The authors of this blog aren’t scientists - of sorts. Well, one of us is an engineer. So we wanted to present the evidence for arguments that we come across in a manner that we can understand easily. These posts and podcasts chronicle our journey and what we’ve learned.
